At Apex Antler Co., every piece is handcrafted using genuine, naturally shed antlers. Because each item is made individually and natural materials vary in shape, size, and character, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes both standard products and custom orders.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Our products are made from real antlers, meaning each piece will have unique variations in tone, texture, and tine structure. These natural differences are part of what makes every Apex Antler Co. piece one-of-a-kind and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the situation.

Custom Orders

All custom pieces are final sale. Because they are built specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
